MS-VLT120真空低温摩擦磨损试验仪针对材料表面及薄膜在真空低温、特殊气氛低温条件下的摩擦性能和耐磨强度进行定量的评价。

工作原理

MS-VLT120真空低温摩擦磨损试验试仪运用球-盘之间摩擦原理、程序温度控制系统及抽真空系统技术,通过砝码加载机构将负荷加至球上,作用于试样表面,同时试样固定在低温环境下的测试平台上,并以一定的速度旋转,使球摩擦涂层表面。通过传感器获取摩擦时的摩擦力信号,经放大处理,输入计算机经A/D转换将摩擦力信号通过运算得到摩擦系数曲线及温度设定曲线。

通过摩擦系数曲线的变化和温度设定曲线得到在真空低温或特殊气氛低温环境下材料或薄摸的摩擦性能和耐磨强度,即在特定载荷下,经过多长时间(多长距离)摩擦系数会发生变化,此时薄膜被磨损并通过轮廓仪或称重法得到材料表面磨损量。

MS-VLT1200 High-Vacuum and Low-Temperature Friction Wear Tester

MS-VLT1200 High-Vacuum And Low-Temperature Friction Wear Tester can be used for the evaluation of the low temperature friction and wear performance of various materials and films under vaccum and different special gas ambient.

 

This tester uses the ball-on-disk friction principle, the technology of program temperature control system and Vacuum pumping system technology.At the same time, the sample is fixed on the test platform under the low temperature environment and rotates at a certain speed to make the surface of the ball friction coating.The friction coefficient curve and temperature setting curve can be obtained by calculating the friction signal obtained from the sensor, amplified and processed by the input computer through A / D conversion.

Through the change of friction coefficient curve and temperature setting curve, the friction performance and wear resistance of materials or thin molds in vacuum or special atmosphere at low temperature are obtained. under a specific load, after a certain time (certain distance), the friction coefficient will be changed, in that moment, the film is worn out and the wear volume will be obtained by the weighing method.
